When you contact us

If you call or email us, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.

Website delivery

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. This involves processing technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser information. We use Cloudflare’s country-level location estimate to choose the website’s advertising settings. Our country-check service does not store a visitor record or return your IP address. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its services.

Meta advertising and remarketing

We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits to our homepage and help show relevant Sambuno ads to previous visitors on Facebook, Instagram and other Meta services. A homepage visit can qualify for our remarketing audience; you do not need to contact us or submit a form. Audience matching and ad delivery depend on Meta and your browser settings.

For visits identified as coming from the United States, marketing tracking starts automatically unless you have opted out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. For other locations, or when location cannot be determined, we wait for you to choose “Allow marketing.” Previous opt-outs are respected.

When tracking is enabled, Meta may receive page URLs, browser and device information, IP addresses, cookie identifiers and ad-click identifiers. Meta may use these for advertising measurement and personalization under its policies. Sharing identifiers and browsing activity for targeted advertising can constitute a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable privacy laws. You can opt out below.

Our implementation does not send the contents of your email or call, or supply your name, email address or phone number for advanced matching. Phone and email link clicks are recorded separately as contact intent, not completed inquiries. We do not use visits to this privacy page to build our remarketing audience.

Your choices

Use “Opt out of marketing” below to stop future marketing tracking from this site. You can also open “Your privacy choices” in the homepage footer and choose “Opt out of marketing.” Opt-outs remain in this browser’s local storage until you change your choice or clear browser data; an explicit permission to allow marketing is remembered for up to 180 days. Closing the informational notice does not record consent.

Opting out stops future events and removes Meta’s first-party advertising cookies where possible. It does not undo information already received by Meta. Global Privacy Control is honored even if marketing was previously allowed. Browser settings and content blockers can also limit tracking. The website stays available regardless of your choice.
